アカウント・データの削除

JSB audioが提供するJSB SpeakerStudioのアカウントと、それに関連する保存データの削除を申請できます。アプリをアンインストールした後でも申請できます。

削除を申請する

  1. ログインに使ったメールアドレスから、下の宛先へ「JSB SpeakerStudioのアカウントと関連データの削除を希望」と送ってください。アカウントは残して保存データだけを削除したい場合は、その旨をお書きください。
  2. 必要に応じて本人確認のため返信します。パスワード、購入トークン、カード番号は送らないでください。

削除するデータと期間

本人確認後30日以内に、JSB SpeakerStudio側でアカウントに紐付けて保存している識別子・メールアドレスの紐付け、クラウド上の設計・F特・資料と、そのアカウントに結び付く購入確認情報を削除します。データだけの削除も同じ窓口で受け付けます。

会計上保存が必要な取引記録がある場合は、氏名などを必要最小限にして、原則7年間保管した後に削除します。端末内だけの設計データは遠隔では消せないため、アプリの保存データまたはアプリ自体を端末で削除してください。

JSB共通アカウントでログインしている場合は、Firebase Authenticationのアカウントも削除します。ChatGPTアカウント、Google PlayやApp Store側の購入履歴はこの申請では削除されません。購入の払戻しは購入したストアにお問い合わせください。

Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your JSB SpeakerStudio account and related data held by JSB audio, even after uninstalling the app.

Send a deletion request

  1. From the email address you used to sign in, request “Delete my JSB SpeakerStudio account and associated data.” You can also request deletion of stored data while keeping your account.
  2. We may reply to verify your identity. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, or payment card numbers.

What is deleted and when

Within 30 days after identity verification, we delete the account identifiers and email association, cloud-stored designs, frequency response data, source materials, and purchase verification data associated with your JSB SpeakerStudio account. You can request data deletion without account deletion through the same contact.

If transaction records must be kept for accounting, we retain only the minimum information needed, normally for seven years, then delete it. Designs stored only on your device cannot be erased remotely; delete the app's saved data or uninstall the app.

If you use a JSB shared account, we also delete its Firebase Authentication user. This request does not delete your ChatGPT account or your Google Play or App Store purchase history, which are managed by their providers. Request refunds from the store where you purchased.
